Included in said easement Shall be a three inch (3") gas line within the- proposed 10 toot right of way and no buildings or enclosed Structures can be built over this line and access will be required for maintenance, operation, or replacement of this line. They explained that the signa- ture should show the name of the municipal corporation and the acknowledgment should be for a corporation. If, therefore, the alley and street are to be vacated, we respectfully request that an easement ten (10) feet in width be reserved to cover the main. In that event, we would have no objection to the vacation. If the petitioner requires us to relocate our line,, please advise him that we would expect to be reimbursed for all costs In connection therewith.
