FROM B and N BUILDERS , INC. , A CORPORATION
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
California, has received from B and N Builders , Inc. , a Corporation,
the grant of real -property by Corporate Grant Deeds in the City of
Redlands , County of San .Bernardino, State of California, as described
in the deed dated November 19 , 1957 and attached hereto, said
property including:
All that portion of Block 50, Map No. 9 of a Portion of Redlands
Heights , in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 16 of Maps , page 29, records
of said County, described as follows :
