RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
California, has received from B and N Builders , Inc. , a Corporation,
the grant of real property by Corporate Grant Deedsin the City of
Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California, as described
in the deed dated November 199 1957 and attached hereto, said
prropertT including:
All that portion of Block 507 Map No . 9 of a Portion of Redlands
Heights , in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of
Oalif ornia, as per plat recorded in Book 16 of Maps , page 299 records
of said County, described as follows:
COMENCING at the centerline intersection of 70 foot wide Crescent
