For a Valuable Consideration, thefreceipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby GRANT to The City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation, an
easement for the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground water
lines over all that real property situated in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
The westerly six feet of that portion of Lot 4, Block 1, of the
Crafton Tract as recorded in Book 3 , Page 14, of Maps of said County
described as follows.
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 4, said point being
south 1°57 ' west 30 feet from the N.W. corner of said Lot, thence S 1°57 '
W along said line 250 feet, thence east 75 feet; thence north 1°57 ' east
250 feet, thence west 75 feet to the point of beginning.
