the real property an the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino , State
of California, described as follows :
An easement for drainage purposes , over and across that portion of
Lots 2 and 7 , Block E, Second Preliminary Map of Redlands , as per Plat re-
corded in Book 5 of Maps , Page 2, Records of San Bernardino County, in the
State of California, said easement being 20 feet in width, lying 10 feet on
each side of the 1o11owang described centerline :
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of Cypress Avenue ,
100 feet wide , that is North 56°17 '15" East along said Southeasterly Lane
329. 95 feet from its intersection with the Southwesterly line of said Lot
7 , thence along a curve concave to the west , from an initial tangent bearing
