its successors and assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace
and/or remove, in, on, under, and over the real property hereinafter described, situated in the
County of San Be=ftrdiM0State of California, a telephone line, consisting of poles, neces-
sary guys and anchors, braces, cross-arms, wire, conduits, cables, and other fixtures and appliances,
for conveying electric energy to be used for communication, telephone, telegraph and/or other purposes.
Said real property is described as follows
The Easterly 600 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22 and
the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 14; Tl9 R2% 5BB&M and all that T)art
0f Section 23, said township and range described as follows-.
Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 239 thence East on the North line
of said Sectionp 1320 feet more or less to the Uortheast corner of the Northwest qugrter
of the Northeast quarter of said Section 239 thence South on the East Brae of said Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter$ 6GO feat; thence Westerly 1323 Feet more 0r less to a.
point on the earth.- South quarter section line of said. Section 2?, 520 Feet South of the
said North quarter corner; thence Westerly 1323 feet more or less to a point on the West
line of the Northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said section,. U60 Feet South of
