G&A NT OF EASEMENT
The CITY OF REDLANDS, a. municipal corporation, does hereby grant unto the
CALIFORNU WATER &. TELEPHONE COMi'ANY, a corporation, its successors and
assigns; an easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and re—
?',acing an underground drainage pipeline, together with the right of surface
outfall over the following described real property, situated in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California.
Lot 2 of Park Addition as shown by map recorded in Book 15 of Maps at Page 61,
records of said County and State, and that portion of Cajon Street as shown
on said maps Eaeterly adjacent to said lot, lying between the Easterly extension
of the Northerly and Southerly lines thereof and as vacated by resolution
No. 925 of the Redlands City Council dated February 18, 1958 and recorded in
Book 4448 at Paine 14, Official Records of said County.
The said pipeline 6hall be limited in location to the South 6.5 feet of the
East 90 feet of the r4fest 157 feet of said parcel, and said outfall made on that
,portion of said parcel immediately adjacent Northerly from said Southerly
645 feet.

said County and said State, personally appeared. Harry G. Wilson known to me to
be the Mayor, and Fred H. Workman, known to me to be the Manager of the corpor-
ation that executed the within instrument and the persons who executed the
within instrument on behalf of the corporation therein named and acknowledged
