BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Lot 1, said point
lies North 64*22'.East (North 84'30 "Last, record ) 14.04 feet from the
Northeast corner of a 20 foot wide Bridle Path as shown on said
Tract No. 2261 ; thence along a line which is parallel with and 14
feet Easterly of the Easterly line of said Bridle Path, south 1013,
Last (South I'09 "Last, record ) 356.92 feet ; thence South 10'13'45"
West (South 1004117,liest, record ) 233. 60 feet ; thence North 83*02114"
East 15.66 feet ; thence along a line which is parallel with and 30
feet Easterly of the Lasterly line of said Bridle Path, South 15'12 '
Last 388 feet more or less to the terminus of the aforesaid "following
described line" at a point on the Northwesterly line of Sierra Vista
Drive.
To have and to hold said above described premises unto said Grantee,
its successors or assigns , as long as used for street purposes .
