GRANT DEED
In consideration of 8 OP,-' receipt of which is acknowledged
EARL E. HERRING and FERN HERRING, husband and wife
do hereby grant to THE CITY OF REDLANDS, a Municipal Corporation
San Bernardino the real property in the
County of - State of California, described as
All those portions of Block 29, Barton Ranch, in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps,
page 19, records of said County, lying Southeasterly
of the following described line .
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of New York
Street and Citrus Avenue , thence along said centerline
of Citrus Avenue, North 89051115"East 402,12 feet, thence
North 0°08145" est 32.00 feet to the true point of
beginning of the aforesaid following described line ;
said true point of beginning is the beginning of a curve,
concave to the Northwest and whose radius is 368 feet,
and whose initial tangent bears North 89051115"East ;
thence from the true point of BEGINNING, Northeasterly
along said curve, 341.69 feet and through a central
angle of 530121 , thence North 36039115"East 378 feet
more or less to the terminus of the aforesaid following
described line at a point on the Northwesterly line of
West State Street.
