cording to Government Survey, said point being the true point of
beginning; thence North 580 221 East, 24.1.9 feet to a curve in the
Southeasterly boundary line of the land conveyed to Robert L. Bruck-
art and Dorothy Bruckart, husband and wife by deed recorded Feb-
ruary 5, 1948 in Book 2 .18 of Official Records, page 501; thence
along said curve to the left whose radius is 150 feet, a distance
of 224.41 feet through an angle of 850 431; thence North 270 211
West 269.87 feet to the Southerly Zine of Sunset Drive.
