follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the north 97.5 feet
of the south 400 feet of the Kest 853.3 feet of the north one
half of Block 29, westerly 175.46 feet from the northeast corner
of said north 97.5 feet of the south 400 feet, thance south 580
34+ east 184.73 feet; thence westerly 56,85 feet; thence north
580 341 wrest 184.73 feet to the aforesaid north line of the
north 97.5 feet of the south 400 feet; thence easterly along
said north line 56.35 ;Feet to the point of beginning, containing
