KNOW ALL STEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

For and in consideration of the sum of One (41.00) Dollar and
2 other valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, Southern California Gas Company, a California
3 corporation, has remised, released and forever quitclaimed and by
these presents does remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the
4 City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, all its right, title and
interest in and to that certain piece or parcel of ground which is
situated in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
6 California, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
7 That portion of Lot Twenty-seven (27) in Block 77, of the
Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of traps,
8 page 2; a portion of IAill Street as closed on N September 21st,1921 by Resolution of Intention No. 335 and portion of Lot
Eleven (11) , Block B. , Peller, Pratt & Kendall' s Subdivision
9 as per map recorded in Book 5 of 11.Ia s
p , page 22, San Bernardino
10 County Records, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the present north line of West State
�� Street South 73- degrees, 25 minutes East 445.50 feet from the
12 northeast corner of Texas Street and West State Street; thence
north 0 degrees, 09 minutes West 15.66 feet; thence 15 feet
13 from and parallel with the present north line of West State
Street South 73 degrees 25 minutes East 126 feet; thence on
14 a curve with a radius of 1427.35 feet for a distance of
278.90 feet to a point on the east line of Lot Eleven (11) ,
15 Block B. Peller Pratt and Kendall' s Subdivision; thence along
said east line and said line produced south 15.11 feet to the
16 present north line of West State Street; thence along said
present north line of West State Street northwesterly to the
17 point of beginning.
