1 This Agreement, made and entered into thi s�kl day of
2 January,1931,by and between W.K. Stoddart and Bessie H.Stoddart,as
parties of the first part,and the City of Redlands,a municipal
corporation of the sixth class,party of the second part A-VITNESSETH:
5 That the said parties of the first part,in consideration of
6 the covenants and agreements on the part of the said party of the
7 second part hereinafter contained, agree to sell and convey unto
8 the said party of the second part,and the said second party agrees
9
to buy all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City
10
of Redlands,County of San Bernardino,State of California, and.

particularly described as follows, to wit:

Portion of Lot 8,Block F,Second Preliminary Map of Redlands,
13 as per map recorded in Book 5 of Maps.,Page 2, San Bernardino County
Records,Californla,described as follows
14 Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Roosevelt Road,
said point being south 350401 east 145 feet from the intersection cf
15 the southerly line of East Fern Avenue with the westerly line of
Roosevelt Road;then.ce from said point of beginning along said
1.6 westerly line of Roosevelt Read, south 330401 east 213.80 feet to tie
northerly line of Beacon Street;thence along said nortnerly line of
17 Beacon Street westerly 154.90 feet on a curve with a radius of 440
f eet,thence north 890421 west 455.51 feet to the southerly line of
1s Fast Fern Avenue;thence along said southerly line of East Fern
Avenue north 560201 east 214.70 feet;thence south 33040t east 145
19 feet to a point on the north line of Beacon Street,thence north.

28 such sure to be delivered to first parties or their order upon
