Uses-San ternardino City of Redlands Municipal Playground STIPULATIONS SUPPLEIONTAL TO FORM 832 Camp 5/5/26 18. All permanent improvements constructed for the use of the municipal camp must be placed on the area shown on the map as the municipal camp site. 19 . The area shown on plat as Public Camp Ground shall be developed by the City of Redlands for the general public and no charge shall be made to the public for the use of this area. 1i S" s as of .&.: tat'd l`Board : ­ 20'. All flues from ceiling through roof must be of terra cotta or other fireproof material with stove pipe completely through terra cotta, or of terra cotta pipe encased in galvanized iron pipe. Hoods shall be placed over all outlets. 22. The permittee shall clear and keep clear the premises of all in- flammable brush, undergrowth, and other debris, but shall burn no debris without the consent of a Forest officer. This mast be done before June 1 annually. 23. All buildings must present a neat appearance and be of a permanent nature and be so constructed as not to interfere with the ase and enjoyment of adjoining lots. Their proposed location mast be approved by a Forest Officer.
