This agreement entered into by and between Santex Protective
Association and the City of Redlands.
In consideration of the sum of one dollar, receipt of whish
is hereby acknowledged, the Santex Protective Association agrees to
Lease to the City of Redlands one warning siren, with switch and wires
attached, for a period of two years from date.
And, the City of Redlands hereby agrees to maintain said
siren in good condition and repair and return same to its present or
a similar location, in good repair and operative condition at the
e-ai.ration of the aforementioned perm.
