"Clarence G. White addressed the board and presented
tentative plans for a building or "shell" in the park at
the amphitheater, to be erected after the summer season of
concerts , whach he and firs . White wished to erect (at an
estimated cost of 20, 000.00) and give to the City. Mayor
Wheaton expressed has appreciation of the proposal, and a
motion of Councilman Krumm, seconded by Councilman Knott,
that the proposal be accepted with thanks, wa.s unanimously
adopted by the board. "

and Mrs„ C. G. White, on Apr3.1 29, 1930. Upon motion,
unanimously adopted, the acceptance of the Prosellxs by the
Mayor was ratified, and a vote of thanks extended to the
donors , the committee and all who aided in the program.
"The Clerk presented a communication .From C. G. White,
Sunset Brave expressing appreciation of Mrs. White and ha.m-
self for the basket of flowers on the occasion of the dedi-
cation, which was ordered filed. The Clerk was ordered to
prepare in parchment form, suitable resolutions of the Board
and the public , to Mr. and Mrs. White , for their splendid
gift to the City. "

outdoor music bowl in the City of Glendale Our attention has
been brought to the "Redlands Bowl" in your city
It would be appreciated if you would supply us with all the
information possible concerning Redlands Bowl, especially, the
date it was built, approximate cost, seating capacity, parking
facilities and dimensional specifications
Of particular interest is knowledge whether the building and
construction specifications would be available from you or any
other source.

street parking facilities. During the bowl programs in the summer
