From an examina! ion at the request of Gordon G.
Ives of the Official Records of the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, that are of date subsequent to the
fourteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and cighty-
seven, at eight o' clock A. M. , in relation to tho title to
that certain real property hereinafter described, assuming
at said request and direction, that Albertus C. Hilsinger was
possessed of an absolute unencumbered title thereto at said
date, (beam date of conveyance from said Albertus C. rilszng-
er to Charles W. Allen and H. C. Rutledge, recorded Liber
58 of Deeds, page 636 of said records ),

appears from said records by this direction and examination

EXCEPT:
1st - The Mate and County Taxos for the current
fiscal year 1395-6, payable October, 1805.
2nd -- A right of gray reserved to the Redlands Ator
Company, a corporation, and its assigns for construction and
maintenance of all irrigating ditches or pipes that may be
required by said Company.
3rd-- A covenant running with the land, with a
reversion to grantors for violation thereof, prohibiting
grantees and their assigns from using said premises for the
purpose of manufacturing or vending intoxicating liquors of
any hind, distilled or fermented or permitting the same to
be done in any place of public resort upon said land
