part , that in case any of the above conditions as to the use

party of the second part , or its successors in interest or
estate, then this deed shall become null and void, and all

conveyed, shall revert to the said parties of the first part
or their heirs, and the said party of the second part , by
accepting this deed, for itself and its successors , consents
