THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 5th day of A= t 19-63—,
by and between Gerald S. Rubin
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of CJIT
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that - real estate and real property
located in County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
The north 20 feet of Lots 11, 12, 33, and 14, Block ITO, Lugonia
Park., as per plat recorded in Book L of Maps, Page 50, Records of

AND WHEREAS, City desires the right to operate vehicles over the above d
described propert-.,r., for access to Lots 5 through 10, Block "H", Lugonia Park,
as per plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 50, Records of said County.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and riht
to perform the above described work. The grantee herein agrees to remove or relocate
all facilities and plant fixtures placed on the above described lot, under the right
created by this easement, at its own expense and at such ti.rge as the public conven-
ience may so require.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
