5ife, the parties of the first part and the City of Red-
lands, California, a Municipal Corporation of the Sixth
Class, party of the second part,
witnesseth; said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of Ten (110.00) Dollars, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby achnouledged, do hereby grant
to said second party all that real property situated
in the said City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino
and State of California, described as follows, to wit: -
Beginning at -a. point on the east line of Sec-
tion one (1), ToWLShip two (2) South, Range three (3)
west, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, Three Hundred and
Eighty (3801) feet north Of the Southeast corner of said
Section one (1); thence west Two Hundred (2001) feet;
thence north TWO Hundred Seventeen and eight tenths
(217-81) feet; thence east TWO Hundred (2001) feet to
the east line of said Section one (1); thence south Two
Hundred Seventeen and eight tenths (217.8') feet along
the said east line of said Section one (1) to the point
of beginning&
Containing one (1) acre of land, more of less.
Also a right -Of- WaY fifteen (10) feet in W idthq
described as follows, to wit:-

said section one (1) and extending from the above des-
cribed property northerly to Live Oak Cagyon Road.
