ther the grantee nor any Person deriving title from or through
said grantee shall ever operate thereon any steam or gasoline
engine or other apparatus Making a similar or equal noise or
Odor , and if any steam or gasoline engine oT other apparatus
making a similar or equal noise or odor shall be used on said
land then the above described premises shall revert to and
belong to the said grantor or her assigns
This deed of conveyance is made for the purpose of correct—
ing the description of the PrOMises conveyed by a certain deed
Of conveyance dated FebruarY 24, 1906, executed by Anna T,
Hotchkiss to the Redlands, Lugonia and Crafton Domestic eater
Company, a corporation , records ed _r< ebraarY 26, 1906 , in Book
370 of'Becds, page 55 , records of San Bernardino County
Together with all and singular the tenements, herediataments
and. appurtenances Cher-anto belonging or in any7iae appertain—
ing .
To have and to hold unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever .
