feet parallel to the center line of said main
track, a distance of 122. 92 feet to the point of
beginning.

RESERVING, however, unto the Railway Company the
right to maintain, renew and operate upon and across said
premises such railway tracks as are now located thereon,
together with the right, option and -privilege of constructing,
maintaining, renewing and operating upon and across said
pre�,ises and -vithout being required to secure frol"I the city
any -permit or franchise therefor, any additional railway tracic
or tracks or appliances intended for use in connection there-
vith, including telegraph or telephone lines or noles, as
may be desired by the -Railway Company in the conduct and
transaction of its business.
TO HAYEP AIM TO HOLD an easement over the above
described premises unto the City solely for highway
purposes
and sub eco to said reservations so long as said premises ahaIl
be so used, upon End subject, however, to the express con-
dition that when said premises shall cease to be used for the

title or interest therein is conveyed to the City by this in-
denture shall immediately revert to and revest in the Railway

executed.
