FOR THE PROVISION OF CUSTODY SERVICES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement dated May 19, 2015 (the
"Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and G4S
Secure Solutions ("Consultant"),is made and entered into this 7t''day of November, 2017
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend Article 4 of the Agreement,
entitled, "Performance of Services," to increase the hours worked by Consultant, and Article 5
entitled, "Payments to Consultant,"to increase Consultant's total compensation,
NOW,THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows-
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Exhibit`B"of the agreement,entitled, "Project Schedule"is hereby amended
as shown in Exhibit"1,"attached to this Second Amendment
Section 2 Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"5 1 The total compensation of the consultant's performance of the Services shall not
exceed the amount of One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Five Dollars
($146,725)annually for the term of this Agreement City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials
basis up to the not to exceed amount based upon the hourly rates shown in Exhibit"C " Exhibit"C"
is attached hereto and incorporate herein by reference"
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and unaffected
by this First Amendment

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be effective
as of November 7, 2017

EXHIBIT "1"
Project Schedule
Effective November 7, 2017, Custody officers will be scheduled at the discretion of the Redlands
Police Department, but will generally be staffed for twenty(20) hours per day each day of the year
