The undersigned grantor,for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City of Redlands the following described real
property iii the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California
County of San Bernardino Assessor's Parcel Nuinber- 0171-181-26
A portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Lot 25, Barton Rancho, recorded in Book 6 of
Maps,page 19 thereof, records of said County, described as follows
Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Southeast 1/4 of Lot 25, said point
which lies on Center Line of New York Street, thence along North Line of said
Southeast 1/4 South 89' 49' 52" West 32 feet to the point of true beginning, thence
along said Line South 89' 49'52" West 40 feet,thence South 0' 43' 15"East 40 feet,
thence North 89' 49' 52" East 40 feet. thence North 0' 42' I5" West 40 feet to the
true point of beginning, a well site on said Southeast 1/4 of Lot 25 03 acres more
or less
