FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement to provide IT Network
Support services and maintenance for Police Department technology systems dated January 19,
2016, (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"),
and Ian Stewart Consulting ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 16th day of January, 2018.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to exercise its option to extend the initial term of
this agreement for an additional one-year term ending January 18, 2019; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 5.1 entitled "Payments to Consultant," to amend payment terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Paragraph 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant" is hereby
amended to include as follows:
5.1 In addition to the compensation described above for the Initial Term and First
Renewal Term, additional compensation in the Second and Final Renewal Term of
one year is specified as follows: Forty Two Thousand dollars ($42,000) during the
first 6 months of the Second Renewal Term of this Agreement; and Eighty Two
Thousand dollars ($82,000) during the second 6 months of the Second Renewal
Term of this Agreement in accordance with Exhibit "B" entitled "Project Costs and
Hourly Rates."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment, and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment to be effective as
of January 16, 2018.
