NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH DANIEL'S TIRE SERVICE, INC.
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of vehicle
maintenance and repair services dated July 19, 2016, (the "Agreement"), by and between the City
of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and Daniel's Tire Service, Inc., ("Contractor") is
made and entered into this 20th day of February, 2018.

WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Article 5 entitled "Payments to Contractor," to increase Contractor's second term total
compensation of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) to the amount of One
Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000) for Contractor's continued provision of vehicle
maintenance and repair services;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor hereby agree to amend the Agreement as
follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Contractor," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"5.1 The total annual compensation for Contractor's second year of performance of the
Services shall not exceed the amount of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars
($165,000); third and final Term annual compensation for Contractor's performance of
Services shall not exceed Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000); and total compensation
shall not exceed the amount of three hundred and seventy five thousand dollars ($375,000)
throughout the term of this Agreement. City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials
basis up to the not to exceed amount based upon the unit prices shown in Exhibit `A,'
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment to be effective
as of February 20, 2018,
