DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES MADE
The correction to be made appears on sheet 2 of 2 sheets and should be modified as follows:
1. At the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, at the B.C. of a 10.00 foot radius curve, having a length of 23.57 feet, through
a central angle of 135°02'48", on the northeasterly line of Redlands Street, set a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug
stamped "L.S. 7843", flush.
2. At the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, at the E.C. of a 10.00 foot radius curve, having a length of 23.57 feet, through
a central angle of 135°02'48", on the south line of Highland Avenue, set a nail and tag stamped "L.S. 7843", flush
in concrete sidewalk.
3. At the northeast corner of Lot 4, on the south line of Highland Avenue, at an angle point on the boundary of Tract
18968, set a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug stamped "L.S. 7843", flush.
4. On the westerly line of Lot 6, at the northerly terminus and southerly terminus of a line labeled N 28°28'01" W,
19.58', set nail and tag stamped "L.S. 7843" on top of concrete block retaining wall.
5. At the most southerly corner of Lot 6, on the northeasterly line of Redlands Street, at an angle point on the
boundary of Tract 18969, set a V iron pipe with plastic plug stamped "L.S. 7843", flush.
6. At the point of intersection with the northerly prolongation of the east line of Tract 18968 and the center line of
Highland Avenue, set spike and washer stamped "L.S. 7843", flush.
