FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH ADMINSURE, INC
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement dated July 1, 2016 (the
"Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and
AdminSure, Inc ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this I" day of May, 2018
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing
Agreement, specifically Section 5 3 entitled "Payments to Consultant," to amend and clarify
payment terms,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section I Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"5 3 Compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services, for the third twelve-
month period of this Agreement, shall not exceed the amount of One Hundred Four Thousand
Nine Hundred Sixty Four Dollars ($104,964) City shall pay such amount to Consultant in
monthly installments, for the Services performed for each billing period, of Eight Thousand
Seven Hundred Forty Seven Dollars ($8,747) "
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this First Amendment to be
effective as of May 1, 2018
