Pennsylvania, LLC over Lot "A° of Tract 19975 Redlands Pennsylvania, LLC has requested a certificate of acceptance from the City (see attached original) The form of the easement document was reviewed by the City Attorney and is deemed acceptable The legal description was reviewed by the MUED engineering staff and is also deemed acceptable The San Bernardino County Recorder requires all easements offered to a public agency to have a Certificate of Acceptance executed by a representative of the agency The City Manager is authorized to accept the Road Easement on behalf of the City per Council
