AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER
18 88 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO C-2
NEIGHBORHOOD CONVENIENCE CENTER DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 Section 18 88 270 of the Redlands Municipal Code, entitled "Hours for
Certain Activities," is hereby amended to read as follows
"18 88 270: HOURS FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITIES:
a In C-2 zones, no commercial activity is permitted between the hours of ten o'clock
(10 00) P M and six o'clock (6 00) A M, unless an Administrative Use Permit has been
approved for hours extending between ten o'clock (10 00) P M and Midnight (12 00)
A M in accordance with Chapter 18 193 of this code, or a Conditional Use Permit has
been approved for hours extending between Midnight (12 00) A M and six o'clock
(6 00) A M in accordance with Chapter 18 192 of this code, to ensure compatibility with
residential zones adjacent to the district
b In C-2 zones, no loading activity is permitted between the hours often o'clock (10 00)
P M and six o'clock (6 00) A M "
Section 2 The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and
thereafter, this ordinance shall take effect as provided by law
