FOR THE PROVISION OF SOFTWARE MODULES AND ACTUARIAL VALUATIONS
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to provide the use of Pension
& Other Post -Employment Benefit (OPEB) software modules and biennial actuarial valuations
dated October 17, 2017 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation ("Customer" 1 "City"), and GovInvest, Inc ("Company"), is made and entered into
this 3rd day of July, 2018
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Company to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically the Initial Terin of the Agreement, as defined in the Section entitled "Summary of
Services and Implementation," from three (3) years from the Effective Date (October 17, 2017),
to three (3) years and seven (7) months from the Effective Date, to account for delays in the City
being granted use and access to the software modules,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Company agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Page two (2) of the Agreement, entitled "Summary of Services and
Implementation," and within the subheading "Services," the "Initial Term" is hereby amended to
read as follows
Initial Term Three -years and seven months from Effective Date
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective as of
July 3, 2018
