ASSOCIATION SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT TO THE JULY 1, 2017—
JUNE 30, 2023, MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (2018)
EMPLOYEE CONDUCT, DISCIPLINE, AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
This Side Letter of Agreement adopting the Employee Conduct, Discipline, and Grievance
Procedures amending the July 1, 2017—June 30, 2023, Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU")
between the Redlands Police Officers Association ("RPOA") and the City of Redlands ("City") is
made and entered into this this 17th day of July, 2018
The City and the RPOA have met and conferred and agreed to the attached Employee Conduct,
Discipline, and Grievance Procedures. Article 45 of MOU is amended to include the Employee
Conduct, Discipline, and Grievance Procedures as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto
This Side Letter has the full force and effect as the other provisions of the MOU, and is
incorporated therein by this reference
