RESOLVED, that F. E. Trask be end he is hereby employed
by the City of Redlands, as a consulting engineer to take up, with
the City Engineer, the matter of the acquisition and e onstrnata on of a
complete dorestic nater system and wnt'er works for sale city and its
inhobitants, and to make and submit to this .hoard a full report co&_
cerning the same and an estimate of the cost thereof, that such err-
ploywent shall inelude the making of a fail and careful investigation,
eznmina tion and report of available meter supplies, am ail matters and
things necessary to the campy to establishment of such system. That
his compensation for such services in full to 1 e P3000. payable as
follows. -
6100D. December 1, 1911.
01000. Anuary 1, 1912.
?1000. When full report is filed with the City Clerk.
RE01YED FURTUER, that if the proposed bond issue for the
€acquisation and construction of such system and works is carried,
then in that event, an additional compensation shall be paid said

formed by him in establishing a& constructing such caster system
as such c onoulting engineer, 91003 of said sum to be paid when plans and
specifien tions are prepaxed, and 11000. then engineer services are

It is understood that the City- Engineer as to aid- the Con-
sulting Engineer in and about his said work, and to furnish details in
the investi ga.ti ons a.n6 construction of said system, snd perform drafting
and field. work.
