RESOLUTION.
W� REAS, the Citi' of Redlands, California, did on th.e
12th dad' of March 1913 enter into a contract vrith the Southern
Sierras Power Company for furnishing electrical energy to said
City for power purposes at the City's pumping -o-.ants rnd for
other municipal purposes, and
1HERMS, it is important that the delivery of electrical
energWv' at the said City's pumping plants under said contract be
provided for without delay, now therefore be at
RESOTNED: that the Southern Sierras Power Company be
and the said CoripGny as hereby granted a pe. it to construct a
pole lane and to string wires thereoh., through, over or along such
streets of said city as may be necessary for transr1 tting elec-
trical energy an compliance with the terms of the above named
contract; such streets to be selected and designated by the
President of the Board of Trtizstees and City EngDneer of said
City, so as to be, an their judgement, most compatible with the
best interests of said City, the permit so g7•anted snail eXpi re
with the contract hereinbefore mentioned.
