RESOLUTION.
RESOLVED, That the City enter into a lease with the
Sierras Construction Company by which said Company leases to
the City a pole and wire line to be constructed by said Com-
pany vxthin said City for the purpose of transm2.tting over
said line electric energy to be used by said. City; the tern
to be seven gears and the rental to be paid at the rate of
One Hundred Dollars ($100«00) per month on the 15th day of
each ard every month, beginning in the month of August, 1913;
said lea se to be prepared by the City Attorney and in such
form as he may deem for the best interests of the City, and
the President of the Board of Trustees and C:.ty Clerk are
hereby a uthorized to execute such lease for and on behalf
of said City,
