Resolution.
Relative to re -advertising for
bids on pumps.
Resolved, that all bids heretofore submitted for
turbine type, plunger jyje and triplex type deep well panps
and triplex booster pumps be and the same are hereby re-
jected, and the City Clerk is anthorized to return to eech
of the respective bidders their certified check accompany-
ing such bads.

BVIrthor resolved that this ciQ purnbase tvwm
(2) turbine type deep well pumps and one (1) triplex booster
pump for use in the muni c ipal water sys tern of said ci ty , and
that the city engineer of said city be and he is hereby au-
thorized ana di rec u -d to prepare ap6oi fications for such
pumps and to file the same in his office, and the City Clark
of said city be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to ad7ertise for bids for such pumps, the: same to be fur-
nished according to surh specificatJonz and subject to the
provisJ ons thereof.
Said Clerk is directed, in addition to any,
otiher matter +hat he nay enbody in said notice calling; for
bids for said pumps, to provide therein that biAs will be
opened on. Decerbpr 17th, 1913, at 2 p. m. , and that of a
contract for sal d pimps or any of then be not awarded at
the meeting of this Boa A on said date that farther bids
will be ret owed at any subsequent meeting; of said board
until a contract thPreAr Ahall be € wa.rded and that the
successful bidder will to required to enter into a con-
