All that portion of the east half of Block 17, Barton Ranch, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19 of Records of said County,
described as follows
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Block 17, said line also being the centerline of
Kansas Street, said point being north 1107 feet from the northeast corner of the southeast quarter
of said Block 17
Thence south along the easterly line of said Block 17 (also being the centerline of Kansas Street)
a distance of 412 05 feet to a point in the middle of arroyo or storm water ditch,
Thence north 69° 51' 48" west, a distance of 251 06 feet,
Thence north 56° 20' 26" west, a distance of 130 83 feet,
Thence north 00° 03' 25" east, a distance of 252.53 feet,
Thence north 89° 54' 10" east, a distance of 344 33 feet
to the Point of Beginning
