within and foregoing QUIT CLAIM deed conveying ll right

William John Jacinto and Peggy Loraine Jacinto, husband and
wife, BE AND THE 39,AE IS HEREBY APPROVED AND AUTHORIZED,
and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Redlands,
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered and deed
to execute said. QUIT CLAIM DEED on behalf of the City and
to deliver the said instrument to the grantees therein.
