A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 7674 TO REMOVE TIME LIMIT PARKING AT 500 WEST
REDLANDS BOULEVARD AS ESTABLISHED BY TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, pursuant to studies made under the authority of Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code, and the presentation of information contained in such studies, the City Council
of the City of Redlands has determined that certain traffic regulations are necessary to protect
the public health, safety and welfare and should be established pursuant to Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows
Section 1 This City Council determines that approval of this Resolution is exempt from
review under California Environmental Quality Act("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA Guidelines
section 153 01(c) which provides exemption for minor alterations of existing public streets and
sidewalks This City Council finds with certainty that the unprovements involve negligible or no
expansion of an existing use
Section 2 Pursuant to Section 10 40 310 of the Redlands Municipal Code, this City
Council hereby removes the time limit parking designation at 500 West Redlands Boulevard as
established by Resolution No 7674
Section 3 That Resolution No 7674 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is
hereby rescinded
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of November, 2018
