Home My WebLink AboutContracts & Agreements_223-2018 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Public Works Construction Contract dated June 5, 2018 ("Contract"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Matich Corporation ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 4th day of December,2018 RECITALS WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Contract, specifically to increase the scope of work for the Contract to include certain street repair work for Nevada Street, NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows AGREEMENT Section 1 The scope of work to be performed by Contractor pursuant to the Contract is hereby amended to include the work that is identified in Exhibit"A,"which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference Section 2 The Contract Sum, as set forth in Section 2 of the Contract, is hereby increased by the amount of seventy six thousand five hundred twenty three dollars and fifty-one cents ($76,523 51) Section 3 All other provisions of the Contract shall remain unchanged by this First Amendment, and in effect IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as of the 4th day of December, 2018 CITY OF REDLANDS MATICH CORPORATION By Paul W Foster, Mayor Mark T Hickman, Vice President ATTEST.
