This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to perform auction services
dated May 17,2016("Agreement"),by and between the City of Redlands,a municipal corporation
("City"), and Ken Porter Auctions ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 15th day of
January, 2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Contract,
specifically to update the contact information notice for the Contractor
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 The address on the Agreement shall be changed from 21140 South Avalon
Boulevard, Carson, CA 90745 to 4510 Muth Way, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
Section 2 All other provisions of the Contract shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment, and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective
as of the 15th day of January, 2019
