City and Lessee are sometimes individually referred to herein as a"Party,"and together,as the"Parties." RECITALS WHEREAS,on June 17,2008,the Parties entered into a Lease relating to certain real property located at the Redlands Municipal Airport identified as Parcel No. 4 therein;and WHEREAS,the Federal Aviation Administration has recently requested revisions to the Lease be made to address ingress and egress rights at the Redlands Municipal Airport; NOW,THEREFORE,the Parties agree to amend their Lease as follows: AMEMENT Section 1: Section 3 of the Lease is hereby amended to add the followinW. "C. Lessee shall have the non-exclusive right to use,in common with others,the access roads or designated taxiways or taxi lanes, inclusive of those contained within the Leased Premises,for purposes of ingress and egress to the Leased Premises and the public facilities of the Airport." Section 2: All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect. Executed this 15th day of January,2013 in Redlands,California.
