HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_1-13AIR_CCv0001.pdf FIRST AMENDMENT TO AIRPORT LEASE AGREEMENT This first amendment to the lease airport lease("Lease") dated October 16, 2007,by and between Rancho Pacific Property, LLC, dba Redlands Aviation ("Lessee") and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation("City") is made and entered into this 15'h day of January 2013. City and Lessee are sometimes individually referred to herein as a"Party,"and together, as the "Parties." RECITALS WHEREAS, on October 16th, 1007,the Parties entered into a Lease relating to real property located at the Redlands Municipal Airport identified therein as Parcel Nos. 1, 2 and 3; and WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration has recently requested revisions to the Lease be made to address ingress and egress rights at the Redlands Municipal Airport; NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to amend their Lease as follows: AGREEMENT Section 1: Section 3 of the Lease is hereby amended to add the following: "E. Lessee shall have the non-exclusive right to use, in common with others,the access roads or designated taxiways or taxi lanes, inclusive of those contained within the Leased Premises, for purposes of ingress and egress to the Leased Premises and the public facilities of the Airport." Section 2: All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect. Executed this 15'h day of January, 2013 in Redlands, California.
