This first amendment ( First Amendment ) to the Master Instnicttonal Service
Agreement dated April 3 2018 ("Contract ) by and between the City of Redlands a
municipal corporation ('City ), and San Bernardino Community College District
( SBCCD ), is made and entered into this 19th day of March 2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and SBCCD to amend their existing agreement,
specifically lot the provision to decrease the student instructional ltaiLrs from 101 200 to 20,000
pei year
NOW THEREFORE City and SBCCD agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section I Subsection 3 2 of Section 3 of the Agreement which Section is entitled
Payment foi Setvices," is hereby amended to react as follows
`For Fiscal Year 2018/2019 (for purposes of this Agreement, 'Fiscal Year begins July
Ist 2018 and ends lane 30th 2019), said hours shall not exceed 20 000 Student
Instructional Hours of 38 Full Time Equivalent Students (FTES) unless mutually
agreed priot to May 1, 2019 The same limits shall apply in each subsequent fiscal yea[
unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment, and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be
effective as of March 19 2019
