BETWEEN
SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY COLLEGE AND THE CITY OF REDLANDS
Paragraph 7 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The requirement to sell to the City 20 shares of Western
Heights Water Company stock is hereby deleted with the under-
standing that the .Board of Directors of the San Bernardino
Valley College will dispose of said stock and use the receipts
therefrom to establish a scholarship for a student to be
selected by the College.
The College will provide suitable easements for all
pipelines not lrstalled in dedicated right-of-way or on
property to be deeded to the City.
