This act entered into this 21st day of January, 19759 b7 and between
the City of Redlanft through its duly appointed* qualified whose
g , hereinafter called the City, and the State of California,,
acting through its duly appointed,, qualified and acting Director of the Imployment
Development Departmento hereinafter cal2ed EM.
WMMZAS, the City plans to entablish an Employmentter; and
MOM8, for the effective and successfulon of
the Center that an experienced employment service employee provide supervision
and technical assistance.
NOW, TMM17M, it is agreed that:
1. The term of this contract sha.0 be Januar7 2, 1975, through June - ,
1975.
g EM shall assign qualified employee to the City t Center
from EDDIs San Bernardino State imployment Center located at 3.148 West Second
Street, San bernardinoa California 92410.

� City shall reimburse EDD the cost of providing such service at
the rate of $7.56 per hour not to exceed the total amount $59000.00. The City
Wees to utilize such e ices for a minimmfor
minimum of 500 hourn for the term of this contract.
4. The City sha.0 retain the right to establieh the hours the Cit
Employment Center wiU rate on a doh weekly basis. The City may
supplement the services of the1 selected
by the City either on a paid or volunteer basis as determined by the City.
5. ZW shall train and supervise other Citi Employment Service employees
in the Employmut Center activities.
6. City agrees to brnish suitableq mars, utilities and telapbane
service to and essentialto the operations - the City Implayment Caster.

Insuranco $ t Codo, State Administrative Manual, Emles of the State
Personnel Board and any FIderal statutes, tic policies that apply t
employees of the Apartment.
10. This tract may be amended only in writingtbo parties.
11. This ratted may be terminated either party upon ten dayst
written notice.
