and against any claims,damages,liabiIi�y,judgmez��s,lass,cos�,or expense,xncludzng,reasonable

Cnrantee or its agents, employees,licensees, cantractars,or subcontractors onta the Property. This
indemnification shall not appty to any a�airns ar damages arising from the negligent aets ar
