ORDINANCE NO. 22T9 AN 4RDINANCE �F THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 2.10 4F THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADJUST BOUNDARIES OF COUNC�LMAIVIC DISTRICTS PURSUANT TQ CALT�'ORNTA ELECTI4NS C4DE SECT�ON 35141 VVHEREAS, members of the City Council of the City o�F Red�ands ("this City Cauncil"} are presently electeci by district; and WHEREAS, aft�r each decennial census ar�d, using that census as a basis, California Eiections Code Sec�zon 35101 requires this City Council ta adjust the boundaries o� the cauncilmanic districts of the City to �nsure that such districts are as equal in popula�on as may be; and WI�EREAS, this Czty Council has carefully reviewed the most recent decennial census data and, taking into account tk�e topogz�aphy, geography, cahesiveness, contiguity, integrity and compactness of territory and the community o� intearests o� �he dis�ricts, de�ermined thai the boundaries of the City's districts should be adjusted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE C�TY COUNCLL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: Section 2.03.050 0� the Redlands Mur�xcipal shall be amended to aread as fflllows: "2.03.060 Numher o� Distric�s.
