15 County, by and through its Office of Community Development, subject to 15

17 approval of County's Board of Supervisors, shall be responsible for preparing 17

19 and submitting to HUD all necessary applications for basic grant under the 19

21 Act. This duty shall include the preparation of a cormunity development plan 21

23 and program and a housing assistance plan which satisfy the application 23

25 requirements of the Act and its Regulations. 23

6. DISPOSITION OF FUNDS
