Background: This project is federally funded and caardinated through the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). As part of the funding requirements, the City is required to execute the attached Program Supplement Agreements. The Program Supplement Agreement encumbers the funds far the project and stipulates in�oicing requirements. 7he Pragram Supplement Agreement supplements the Master Agreement between the City of Redlands and Caftrans. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7698 executed on December 20, Z016, the City Council authorized the Mayor to execute alf Master Agreernents, Program Supplement Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund 7ransfer Agreements and Right-of-Way Cer#ifications with the California Department of Transportation. When executed, please scan and send a copy of the executed Program Supplemental Agreement to the Munici}�al Utilities and Er�gineering Department for further processing. Caltrans has adopted an electronic form policy and will no longer be mailing any hardcopy documents.
